[ Armada thinks she’s been moping. That raises d’Artagnan’s hackles a little. How can you tell someone when to stop grieving for someone they love? When to stop feeling? It’s impossible. Normal people can’t just turn off their emotions like that. Especially not here, when so much is asked of them. Has Elena been able to visit a grave? Speak to her family, her friends? It doesn’t seem right.

Annoyed, and thinking that she deserves better than that, he switches to audio, and calls her instead. ]
