My instincts say no. Ansem explained the situation while apologizing, and says he's talking to Ghost about the situation too.

He told me more than he had to, and it wasn't Roxas that said Ansem killed him. Ansem gave that info freely. Justified Roxas' attack.

Can never fully tell over text, and I don't know that he really feels remorse. But I'm leaning toward Ansem not attacking again, because it sounds like he sees it as a mistake.
I don't expect it will be enough for Roxas, and I can't blame him either. But seeing as going after Ansem at all means he's dead if he gets sent back, and dead if he stays here, he may calm down.

Then he regrets it? That may not be enough for Roxas. I don't really blame him for wanting to hurt someone who does that to him.
