[ D'Artagnan passes it over, even though she looks like she's never done anything of the sort. It's all right; everyone has a first time.

He settles it in her arms, and before long she's feeding it for herself. Despite her expression, he looks satisfied. ]

Yes, exactly like that. Keep this up and he'll be used to you in no time.

[ He gives her a moment, before smiling and lifting his eyebrows. ]

Are you all right with him?

I didn't know what to do at first, but.

[Admitted with a bit of chagrin, but she seemed to at least be handling it alright- the little alien was still drinking, at least.]

With a bit of help it doesn't seem as hard any more.

[After all. It seemed like pets brought people together- and this one might land her quite a bit of positive interaction.]

It's not. He might be able to eat some solids, too. Athos' could.

[ D'Artagnan sits back on the bed, letting Havoc finish the feeding. He thinks she's doing all right. She doesn't seem awkward about it, not like she had at first. He's smiling a little. ]

Just test him out with some things, don't force him. And if you want to try him with food, mash it to a pulp first. You'll get used to it.

Solids I have, at least.

[Havoc's gaze remained largely downwards, shifting the creature in the crook of her arms to accommodate some squirming, but she cast a look up with a smile.]

[ Smiling back, he shrugs and stands up again. She looks comfortable enough with it now. ]

You’re welcome. I’m glad I could help. Animals, they’re not so strange once you’re used to them.

[To get used to them. Her smile turns a bit more teasing, though, in between glances down to make sure the bottle wasn't in a difficult position.]

[ He takes that as his cue to move towards the door. His hands loop over his belt, and he inclines his head. ]
